no one can tell the future and that's why a PP wasn't done back then.

i think the thing everyone is waiting on is the met report from jordan. it should be released even if it has to be done in stages. and they should explain the delays also.

all these research reports are fine, but people want that met report. all research reports do is signal a long wait. we're tired of it. get the met report out and then do a jv with the best partner and best deal possible. get this show on the road one way or another.
