I would say we are on the verge of creating opportunity for additional revenue streams by way of worldwide patent, trademark and other royalty rights and probably shared with partnering/developing research institutions.

Imo, the mine is stil for sale to the benefit of a miner. The raw material mined though may be fully or largely taken by ZEN through negotiated off take say a cost plus deal over life of mine, with ZEN then controlling market distributiona and segmental alloctions.
