"It seems to me that ZEN IR would want to confirm/ publicize this information, since ManU seems to like the publicity, and ZEN management may be missing a publicity opportunity which circumvents any NDA restrictions."
Manchester U had been working on graphene development for over ten years since two of their professors had won the Nobel price for their discovery.Since then, the two scientists are still on staff and the "graphene city"was established within the university.Since then, competition on graphene research had heated up but got stalled by lack of a solution to acquire mass amount of high quality graphene in a feasible way for commercial production.I believe that Man-U alone holds hundreds of patents in graphene research and compeition is fierce among other universities just in the UK alone.
From the BNN interview,Dr.Nair confirmed that there are investors lining up in discussion for the water desalination technology.I think the university will not want to allow their ace card to leak out too soon in case their competitors have similar ideas-----meaning to vie for the Albany graphite. That is if Zen is indeed under a NDA with this university.Things should reveal itself soon enough I hope.
