Based on my math, ZEN (in the ground value) would be worth between $5US (5% discounted) to $10US (10%discounted).

Like I have said in previous posts, any legitimate offer between $5US on up would take the company.  I think AE would be very happy with 25 million US dollars in his pocket.  I also think many very long term frustrated stock holders would take the money and move on.
