Was watching the FOX education chanel this morning and not paying too much attention so not sure of what I was hearing. Tried to bring up the episode of "Exploration Earth 2050" on the computer afterward with no success. Did punch in some key words however and I think the link below may convey the message. What I wonder about is if this addmixture or what I saw on FOX, which seems about the same ??, is in the same sort of category as adding graphene to concrete. The show did demonstrate the bendability of the concrete with this time released bacteria added as well as repairing itself of cracks. For some reason I did think there was "extra" sodium hydroxate added to the concrete in the FOX program as I don't recollect mention of bacteria. Check this out anyway.
