Back to Realsville, USA.  My common sense says (after rereading the new ZEN presentation) that Graphene is the road ZEN is now taking.  EV's for the most part are not in the plan anymore (sorry Tesla, Ballard and the rest).  A few more things need to happen like Manchester U coming out saying something to the effect that ZEN Graphite makes the highest quality Graphene as well as the easiest to make.  It would be good to see this also confirmed from other researchers/universities/companies as some have already said.

Now ZEN really did not need another BOD but added one anyway.  His background showed that he worked for Rio Tinto for 13 years which means he knows lots of managment types there.  Now if a Tesla, Samsung etc were to purchase ZEN, they would still need a mining company to get the graphite out of the ground.  It makes perfect sense that if all the ducks are aligned correctly, that a major miner would want this resource.  For any of them getting the Graphite out of the ground is easy peasy.

So was Mr. Whiteford brought aboard to facilitate an eventual buyout from a miner?  I still believe ZEN will never mine and has no intention of every mining even though they have to continue along this path for looks.  Once the testing gets to a certain point and is affirmed by the best in the business, some company will jump to get this resource.

Look for a gradual share price increase before the actual buyout annoucement as whoever wanting us I think will try to purchase as many shares as they can in the open market at as low of a price as they can get.  Yes I know at a certain point (I think 5 or 10% of shares) they have to publicly file for all to see.  Fun times are a coming.
