Can't imagine a company could commit the necessary funds at this stage.

Stemming directly from that is the question of what a company is going to buy to modify to their own parameters. Nothing has started re EAs or hydrology or permitting, and nothing will be removed from the deposit without those. There will not be end user testing on material until there is material to test. Bench scale will not suffice.
