A SUSTAINABLE GREEN PROCESS

At Haydale, we have a patented low temperature plasma (under 100 °C) process that overcomes a key barrier to the functionalisation of large scale production of Graphene and Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs).

Our process is environmentally sustainable: The process does not utilise chemical acid treatments which often causes damage during the functionalisation process, degrading functional performance, structural integrity and mechanical strength of the final product.
