You've ask some questions on the new hire, and I would reasonable assume that those types of questions were asked to the candidate(s) in the hiring process.

You also wondered if this hiring is an advancement over SGS, and my thoughts are that it could be if Zen is now preparing to go in-house on the next stage of its pilot plant. Time will tell.
