Gilmar, thanks for your post. The point of a ceasefire is to stop all hostilities from that point forward, not to go back in time to make reparations. I'm sure there are a lot of things said in the past that we're all not proud of ... but we've come to an agreement on how to move forward from this point on. Going backwards isn't an option.
