Good evening everyone,

I want to start out by saying thank you to George for his courage to tackle this very difficult situation head on. I believe that this agreement is best for all involved and will be a win-win-win for all involved.

I have accepted and hope the other Hub leaders will support this Agreement as I believe none of us want to revisit the last few months/years. Part of this agreement consists of a zero tolerance policy in regards to personal attacks towards Larry Hoover. Larry has agreed to step aside for everyones benefit and I am grateful that he has done so and he deserves to be protected here because of this.

I think we can all agree it will be great to have a quiet place to discuss our favorite stock!
