A rating of 3.6 must be maintained to be a hub leader. When someone is right at 3.6, a single vote can change a rating enough to drop them from the hub leader status or conversely to bring them back to hub leader status. In my case, since I started this hub some 3 years ago and was appointed to the hub leader status, my personal rating does not affect my status.

As for me not connecting the dots from my link to ZEN, I guess I live and breath ZEN too much and thought the link was obvious, seems I was wrong. I will be more diligent next time.
