Here is my take why he did not sell it all. Just like me and many others who believe in the company, at some point in the future we expect ZEN to be highly successfull. The point I was trying to make and the only point I was trying to make is that he sold now because their was no positive news coming soon to raise the stock price at the time he sold. Now their may be some new stuff happening since he sold, but when he sold he did not see anything coming. Yes he has 25k net more shares now, but he could have an additional 125k shares if he would not have sold.

Also the insiders must be aware of what signal it sends to the market if insiders sell. Typically it is a red flag. Wish some insiders would be buying at these low prices. That would be a good sign to the market.
