Mr Steak -- I do not know who these 41 individuals are, but hopefully AE did get an earful and it triggers some changes in strategy and approach.

Both AE and the 41 participants stand a lot to lose (not to mention, us) and since they have to hold on to their offering for 4 months, one can only guess at what AE possibly knows or might have planned that makes him appear to be so confident that their investment will not be a lost one.

Here's hoping AE (and his team) actually knows what he is doing because right now the market shows it doesn't believe he does.
