You maybe correct Steak, but to add a bit of uncertainty to it, a CFO is a formal position often with specific responsibility for financial reporting and posiibly oversight for day to day accounting functions which also could be outsourced themselves. Under a contract this is probably the case. He may not necessarily be privy to anything until after it happens and needs to be incorporated into the next public reporting cycle. As to being the guy who crunches the numbers for PP's, etc, he may not be that either as ZEN has business planning executives that would lead there.
