Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
The explanation I recieved from Sandra this morning is that they did not consider anything under the sill. This is open pit only.
This does make some sense. Even at 40,000 tons per yeer that is 16 years of open pit; at 50,000 tons per year it is 13 years. Why spend time right now on including the potential underground mine so far in the future. Miners, once they read the full technical on the PEA will know what will be pssible to do later and at what costs. The processing costs won't change, just the extraction cost. Various types of underground mining are done all opver the world all day long - there is nothing new here. What is new is the processing. Keep in mind too that at the PFS phase inferred are not allowed so we have included 68% of the indicated.
