Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
I think it will be this week for the PEA. When we met with AE at PDAC, he said 3 weeks after SGS being done but that probably did not leave enough room for Murphy. AE has been consistent with 2 things where ZEN is concerned: He has been late and news was always good. I expect no different this time.
I am not worried about the people posting against ZEN having much effect post PEA. Their once significant influence on the stock was based on many of their followers owning many shares. The bashers have done such a great job over the last year that I cannot see many of their followers having any amount of shares of significance. The amount of followers they did have has also dwindled significantly based on recco's both on this site and TCC and so, shares are now in much stronger hands that can see through the games being played.
The other reasons I am not worried is that the PEA will give financial details that analysts can depend on and act upon without understanding the graphite market. They will be able to quickly see the huge disconnect there is between ZEN's current market cap and the NPV that will be in the PEA. Like I have said before, even if RPA is uber conservative with all the numbers regarding ZEN, I simply cannot see them knocking the NPV under $1B.
An NPV of $1B would be equivalent to $16.40 per share. The market usually gives a valuation of 30% of NPV which would give us $4.92 per share. This is what I see as a strict minimum within 4-8 weeks post PEA. However, I do think the NPV will be significantly higher than $1B and I cannot wait to calculate what that value per share will give us in time.
The other big number I am looking for is the cost per ton to produce. I think $3k is the highest cost we will see and even at that, we still have a significant margin of $5.5k. If costs are below $2k, that would be fantastic and will probably launch a race among the multibillion dollar multinational companies in the graphite and mining companies to get ready to take over ZEN. If this situation happens, look for ZEN to trade above 30% of NPV.
Cheers to all longs, our time is coming!
