Well there are many countries who's Debt to GDP ratio is much higher then the US's is at 100%. Japan is over 200% and Italy is almost 150%. Canada is no slouch our Debt to GDP ratio is almost 90%. I wouldn't worrry about the US$, its still much safer than any other currency, so everyone still loves it.
