It isn't? I think most of us expected this type of news before the PEA.

This NR was important before the PEA as it confirmed the pricing of $10k USD per ton for this segment of the market. The PEA will be easier to accept price wise because of the NR today. We may know and believe these prices are real for the graphite market but many new eyes will come to ZEN post PEA and we want some market support for the prices. Now we have that.
