One house sells to another but the shares belong to.......? Think it out.

i have thought it out long ago. it doesn't matter which house does the selling. it only matters who owns the shares and who is buying them. why would one buy the shares he is selling?

Even if they had to pay the commission it's pennies to them.

why would they opt to lose, even if it's only pennies? think it out.
