I just got off the phone with TD, and they are waiting for the Canada revenue agency to update its website before they will go ahead and allow an additional contribution. And they said its best to wait until end of the day, after market closes, so that one can get the lowest price for that day. even if the stock closes higher, the lowest price of the day will be used.
