Good observation on the nuclear angle.

I am not sure they would be waiting for a deal with the FN prior to releasing the PEA. I am sure the FN people are as curiuos as we are as to the value so they should not really lock down any deal until they see the PEA. Having said that, i am not at all saying this will be a difficulity. It just may be prudent. Of course they could always simnply sign an extention to the PFS stage.
