Zen will reject the $20 offer if they have confirmation that other companies will top that price.
By the way,as long as a company insisted that it,s PEA is" incomplete",it does not have to release it til they think it,s "complete" while management can share these incomplete datas with interested NDA holders.It,s been done before by other companies.
My question to all our math savvy friends here is:how high the NPV can be for the Albany graphite?
