I believe you may be right. I remember something about A123 and their contract with Phillips 66 for Cpreme graphite; which ended before contract completed (Dec 31/14).

There was some activity on the CPREME trademark mid to end of last year. Probably just a refiling to keep the term CPREME, and a subsequent petition to that...no idea, i'm sure it's nothing.
