Message: A bit of information on our Sri Lankan graphite buddies

I was lucky enough to chat with Sheriozha Anthony Wijekoon, who is a director of RS mines as is his father, and they are currently undergoing trials with a super capacitor, he seemed very bullish, these were some of his comments;

This is the next big thing since Bakelite – essentially to cut the long story short it is replacing silicon with graphite/ graphene – replacing indium tin oxide with graphene, the benefits in energy storage as I mentioned are tremendous.

RS Mines’ Graphite which is mined from the Queen’s Mine has the extra advantage that it was crated naturally, with Chinese synthetic graphites which can retail up to 20k usd per ton, these-man made synthetics graphites do not have diamagnetic properties.
