Just asking the question. Not saying AE is unethical at all. It was a "what if". Crap goes on behind the scenes all the time in companies and buyouts. I was just responding to the folks who keep saying we won't see the PEA. How are us stockholders going to know what "fair value" is without seeing the PEA. If a buyout happens without a public PEA, it will not pass the smell test to me. To all the folks saying "Zen to ten-ty". That means the graphite is only worth 600m to 1.2 billion. Now it might only be worth that but then again it might be worth a whole lot more. Hence, show me the PEA.

P.S. I own lots of shares and underwater. In to the end. Just want the end to be right.
