The BOD would be charged with the decision to accept or reject any deal, not AE alone. Sure, he is the largets shareholder so he would have significant sway but the decision would be the Board's to make. Given how secretive and unique this market sector is, no doubt the Board, which is a damn fine one, will be access to far more information than us so their decision should be a wise one.

Again, we need the PEA to at least provide more accurate information on economics so a clearer value can be calculated. I suppose we should try and remember that not only is this a unique one of a kind deposit from Zen's perspective, but it also is from the end users perspective. We don't know what factors are going into their decision making - they could be quite giddy or quite cautious.
