They are all foreign companies except Barrick.BHP(an Australian company) tried their hands at Potash Corp. and was rejected by the Canadian government .I also recall some one Quoting AE who stated that Zen will not include signing NDA with any Chinese company fearing the same interference as a result.As far as Barrick is concerned,I won't even hold my breath for that because they are heavily in debt.Who wants Barrick shares in exchange.
