The one thing that has never been clarified - are there any NDA's with miners? The News Releases have stated 35+ NDA's with end users and labs - but there could be one or many NDA's with miners already in place. This is not something that is normally spoken about in releaes, it is almost the norm for developing properties. The 35+ number is stated becuase it speaks to the end user attractiveness.

The above article was posted the other day on a Mining News site. It clearly shows how gold miners are tightly margined. The Albany deposit (with the economics as we know them) would be a huge lift to any miner's P&L.
