Is it possible that the costs per ton have risen during all this testing? LT, why are you so confident in the processing costs being around $2000 or less? I'd love to understand that.
It is certainly possible. In the RE it was around $1,700 US if I recall. Since then the Loonie has decreased 20% and several news releases have mentioned costs savings in the flow sheet as well as the term 'inexpensive process' has been used . Other cuastic bake graphite producsers are often under $1k per tionne.
But again we will have to see. Is there an added cost to get the spec ranges they are targeting. That would be the only thing that should be a pontial cost increaser.
More important is the net spread between the sselling price and the cost. I would rather have $11/$3 then $8.5/$2 for example. But we are evn more in the dark on costs then we are on the selling prices at this moment. PEA will clear it up.
