Yup, when hoppy2 posted the Twitter link below I had some speculation, including the following:

This was a social call since since Minister Gravelle riding is Thunder Bay Superior North, and ZEN office is in Thunderbay (it's my guess that there are not too may juniors with their HQs there). So AE and MG are just like neighbours who may have coffee at the local Tim Hortons. Having a neighbour as a Prov Minister of ND&M would certainly help.

BTW, was it Sandra standing in the middle in the photo?

Come to think about that, Minister Gravelle could have made the grant announcement at PDAC (of course with lots of photos) during off-trading hours so that a HALT could be avoided. Perhaps, this PDAC event at ZEN booth would create a lot more publicity.

Just speculating.
