Sorry if I implied ZEN would be testing for all 30, not what I meant. Right now they may be focused on three target markets: LIB, Fuel Cell and Powder. If that is their focus I'm sure they have proven they can process to the qualifications.

Tests would be done for serious people, not tire kickers.

IMO I doubt any of the NDA's are "tire kickers".
