I would think they would need the purification process to be completed prior to completing the PEA otherwise how do you prove the economics of the method and viability of the process.

The other question spinning in all our heads is the remaining 70-75% of graphite left after the LIB market. Is it of a higher quality than the LIB 25 - 30% or is it less than? Hopefully this question will be answered in the next NR.
