I'll say that actually we're not drifting at all. We're tied to a buoy that has 1.50 stamped on it because that's where TD wants us. When we move will be when the offer is ready and no one will like it, but we'll expect it to be simply that....a first offer. I see a first offer of 2.50 or 2.75 at this point. Watch for it....we wait to see.
