You wrote, "the PEA should be close". It most certainly should be close, considering AE told you it was "very close", two months ago.

I think it is irresponsible for AE to make staements like that, and then not make it happen.

ZEN management seems to have forgotten what the "P" in PEA stands for. Put the report out now, and then update continually as new data comes available.
