If you look back to the leaked DOE report a few names pop out - PPG, Dow, Toda, Owens Corning,etc. I am sure that a few of the names could be privately owned internationla companies or companies whose name is not familiar with the average investor.

The 25+ NDA's were with end users, large multinationals and many of them would have their own mining divisions.

There may be other NDA's signed with strictly mining companies not an end user per say. I am not sure that question has ever been raised.
