How do I know this/

1. The company has stated it publically in their dec press release.

"Further purification test work is underway to produce a potential range of purities that are required by end-users"

They are not there yet. The end users are not yet satisfied.

2. The LONG delay in the PEA . They stated that RPA is waiting on the metallurgy results from SGS.

"The PEA economic evaluation is substantially complete except for the final inputs from the purification test work"

This clearly says that "except for the final inputs from the purification test work" the metallurgical tests are not satisfactory yet so they can't fianalize the PEA.
