Thanks for the info Hoov and does that not negate someone else's well publicized thoughts that the PEA won't be out until June as additional drilling will need to be done to send new samples to all the NDA holders. According to that argument drilling couldn't happen until May, but if additional drilling was needed they obviously would be drilling now since, according to your post, it's cheapest and easiest to drill at this time of year.
