Is that pumping?

Most people who post on these boards believe in the stock and are excited about the prospects for success and the associated rise in the sp. They post because they believe in the stock and they want to share in their enthusiasm and their knowledge of the facts.

The problem is that some people use these boards to raise expectations that the sp should/will be higher while secretly dumping the stock.

The issue is dumping while pumping.
