Yes, always nice to see insiders buying, but Dr. Chahar only bought about $10,000 worth if I remember correctly. So, although people at the time were pumped, it really wasn't much to get excited about. Perhaps they are prohibited from buying now, perhaps not. I really don't think it matters..........they aren't selling!
