FWIW, i don't think she has to report the sale of the shares, so those could still be held, or sold. If sold, no worries about insider information because in 2014 there was very little information, and 2013 was the great speculation run.

As for AE not selling, i don't put much weight on this. I would like to see AE shell out a bit of his salary and buy some shares to provide confidence in the company. Dr. Chahar did this, which great...but he also stopped doing this too.
