Let me start with saying I own lots of ZEN stock and am hoping for the best. However, all this talk of buyout negotiations going on in secret is a bunch of bull. Think about it folks, human nature being what it is - their would have to more than several people involved in these talks - bean counters, finance people etc.

All it take is one of these folks to tell his wife, girlfrieng, cousin etc. to load up on ZEN because of a pending buyout that you would see stock volume and pricing go up and maybe dramatically before any annoucement. No way ZEN could keep this a secret for long.

Do I hope I am wrong? Yes, but probably not.
