Money - How do you come to your conclusion. Looking at the trading action, I come to the exact opposite conclusion of yours. Low volume and lower or neutral stock pricing. Don't you think the "trading action" would be high volume and upward price movement if the PEA, Off Take or Buyout was about to happen?
