Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
i dont think any scenario involving a buy-out/off-take is even remotely "likely" at this stage.
I would love for that to be the case...but lets get serious, its not happening anytime soon at this point.
Major hurdles to clear:
- Proven economics
- Proven synthetic replacement product produced from full-scale processing
We do not have a PEA, so this project is not yet proven economic. Take all those back of the napkin calcs we all have done and rip them up...they mean as much as the paper we write them on...
Until RPA lets us know it is economic, we do not know that....lets alone "robustly" / "world class economic" as many are still hopeful/assuming.
We do not have any evidence that ZEN has produced synthetic quality graphite on a full-scale processing.... we have seen a small-scale teaser but thats it. The latest presser said they are still working on "purity" and "processing".... so that is still outstanding.
time to stop believing in this "behind the scenes major things are happening" nonsense. the company has clearly run into issues in 2014 and have done a poor job of communicating these issues, appearing instead of hoping to be able to run on the fumes remaining from this "behind the scences" garbage until they have something meaningful for us.
time for us shareholders to stop doing the companies job and theorizing things to hangs our hats and time for management to actually give us something to hang our hats on.
