I agree. Bankers would need to see it and any potential miner buying in would need to see it (via NDA of course).

It will be interesting to see what desciption for pricing verification is put in the PEA. The less there is the more skeptics can point to the number being 'made up'.

At the end of the day, given how secretive this market is, it appears as though only a startegic partner, a full buout or mining it themselves and showing the profit will release the the full value in terms of share price.
