if same mkt cap is applied for ZEN would be equiv $461m/60m zen sahres O/s - $7.70 per share !

Don't lose the sight of the final prize IMO

Except that Probe has 4.3 Million ounces of Gold in the ground and ZEN, at a 1.5Million ton resources priced at $8500 per ton has a gold equivalent of 12.75 Million ounces.

The Probe buyout was essentially $100 per ounce in the ground (a good portion of the project is high grade so it will be quite profitable), so that would equate to $1.275 Billion for Zen or just over $20 per share.

Not apples to apples but there are folks who cna't wrap there heads around simply math of profitable resources in the ground. In fact, this project would be or should be far more profitable than any gold mine in operation today.
