Actaually economy is not crashing US economy is growing well, and with oil price low it will boost many economies of the world - sky is not falling either! Lower oil price is like giving a nice tax-cut / stimulus to consumers around the world.

My guess answer: 1) ZEN has not done any financings with brokers, and brokers saying play with us or we keep SP boxed in that is how Vulture exchange operates.

2) someone wants to buy the copmany at a cheaper price say 100% premium from here?

But with a fantatsic PEA buyers will pop in and SP will reflect the PEA economics. We wait and see.
