You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
I am glad they are looking into. I am very doubtful an insider is leaking anything. But the process work has many points of contact, including contractors, government officials (IRAP is funding part of this work) and even end users waiting for or getting samples at companies and universities.
I don't think it a big deal long term, but it has sucked to watch it unfold on SH.
