I don't think Oil has bottommed and a lot of oil stocks are acrrying big debt numbers. That sector, seems to have a ways to go yet to the downside so there should be lots of time for finding value plays. Might be another year yet or longer for oil stocks.

For PM's, again, shorter time frame perhaps until they make a much bigger move but they should start really rolling later this year. Martin Armstrong is predicting Gold starts to move up around September this year.

BTW, if you have not heard of or do not read Armstrong's blog I highly recommend it. His work on cycles is far and above anyone else.
