With all due respect TP, I don't think that was over enthusiasm. Aubrey did say that the engineering work completed to date was more than you would typically see in a PEA. I think you will see a PEA that is much more detailed than most PEA's. See my comment

The only thing is though Aubrey said the PEA is very close, not the BFS.
